Arrival in the evening…
Upon arrival at the guest house, a tasty sandwich and a cup of tea or coffee are offered, or if you want to buy a bottle of beer or a glass of wine.
If we are lucky we’ll see you already the first night of northern lights.
We will start from the kennels at 10:00 in the morning with some important instructions about the sleds and our Siberian huskies. We will drive approx. 25 km before preparing lunch over an open fire and enjoy the meal and coffee break in a spectacular environment. After the refreshing break, we will continue our tour through forests and over frozen lakes and your team will take you back to the kennels (arrival about 15:00).
Later in the evening, we will have dinner with local touch in the guesthouse, talking about the adventures of the day laying behind us.
After breakfast (about 08:30) we will go down to the kennels again getting ready for another day out in the Swedish wilderness. Today we’ll be mushing 30 to 40 km. We drive in a scenery that is beautiful and rich in wildlife and because we travel almost noiselessly, it is not uncommon to see some wild animals such as reindeers, moose, ptarmigan, etc.
After a couple of hours out on the trail, we stop for lunch and coffee and enjoy the view. After lunch, we continue our journey over extensive wetlands or through deep forests and returning to the kennel again around 14.30-15.00.
