Witness the Aurora outside your bedroom window!

Spend two nigths in our cozy guesthouse or why not stay a whole week and combine your stay with stand up paddling, kennel visits, fishing or just being.

You can either choose to rent a room with a breakfast basket or rent the whole house for self-catering. There is no washing machine, but if you rent longer, you can use ours.

In winter we have limited rental.

The guesthouse has 5 beds.
Living room, dining room and a kitchenette, and one combined toilet/shower
Patio is available in summer with barbecue.

May-September 5200 SEK/week self-catering.

Prices during winter 1 Oct-30 April

900 SEK/2 nights/pers

October-April 6000 SEK/week self-catering.

There’s no restaurant or shop nearby, so think about it. The nearest is in Hällnäs and Åmsele (30 km to both) then it will be Lycksele and Vindeln (37km to both) which is a little bigger.

All activities must be booked in advance,  both summer and winter to be sure to fit in.

We invoice but you can also swish the payment. Invoice that is not paid on time, the property is automatically cancelled. If you book far in advance, a booking fee of 20% will be charged. The rest will be invoiced and must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.

If cancelled no later than 31 days before arrival, you will receive the full amount back. Cancellation from 30 days to 2 v before you get back 80%. Cancellation 2 v before arrival you get back 50% of the amount.

In order to book accommodation, a confirmation must be sent to us that you have read the rules.

We agree on arrival time and departure time together.

Conduct

Pets are allowed but keep in mind that cleaning is not included in the price nor if accidents happen – this is charged.
Smoking prohibited indoors it also includes hookah as well as incense
For everyone’s persection – avoid strong perfumes indoors
You need to wash/clean and clean properly before you leave.
We sort waste and we want our guests to respect this.

In case of violation of e.g. smoking ban or poor cleaning, a fee is charged from SEK 500 to SEK 2500.
