About the Guesthouse

Our guesthouse offers a warm and homely atmosphere with room for up to 5 guests. You can choose to rent individual rooms or book the entire house for self-catering.

  • Sleeping Capacity: 5 beds
  • Amenities: Spacious living room, clean bathroom with toilet and shower, and a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering.
  • Patio: A lovely outdoor seating area with a barbecue grill is available during the summer months.
  • Extended Stays: Laundry facilities (washing machine) are available upon request for longer stays.

 

Please note: The guesthouse is located in a peaceful, natural setting without shops or restaurants nearby. The closest grocery stores and dining options are in Hällnäs and Åmsele (approx. 30 km) or Vindeln and Lycksele (approx. 37 km). We recommend planning your grocery shopping prior to arrival.

 

Rates & Seasons

Summer Season (May 1 – September 30)

  • Per person / night: 400 SEK (Bed linen and towels are always included!)
  • Full House Rental (weekly, self-catering): 5,200 SEK

 

Winter Season (October 1 – April 30)

  • Per person / night: 450 SEK (Bed linen and towels are always included!)
  • Full House Rental (weekly, self-catering): 6,000 SEK

Important Information & Terms 

To ensure your stay is as smooth and pleasant as possible, please take a moment to review our house rules and booking policies:

Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • Payment Methods: Invoice or Swish or Card
  • Advance Bookings: For bookings made well in advance, a 20% deposit is required. The remaining balance is invoiced and due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellation Policy:

 

    • > 31 days prior to arrival: 100% refund.
    • 30 to 14 days prior to arrival: 80% refund.
    • < 14 days prior to arrival: 50% refund.

 

  • Note: Unpaid invoices will result in automatic cancellation. Guests must confirm they have read and accepted these rules upon booking.

 

House Rules

  • Cleaning: Guests are responsible for doing their dishes and thoroughly cleaning the house before departure. Waste sorting/recycling is mandatory.
  • Pets: Pets are welcome! Please note that cleaning is not included in the price, and any extra cleaning required or damage caused by pets will be charged.
  • Smoking & Fragrances: Smoking (including water pipes/hookah and incense) is strictly prohibited indoors. For everyone’s comfort, please refrain from using strong perfumes indoors.
  • Breach of house rules or inadequate cleaning will incur a fee ranging from 500 SEK to 2,500 SEK.
